What kind of showing-up would leave you free? Overwhelming proof compels; it cannot woo. If love only counts when freely given, a God after love must knock quietly enough that the door stays yours. And the claim on the table is that he did show up, with an address and a date, and it cost him everything. Hidden, or arrived in a way you weren't watching for?
