The intuition that the sacred saturates reality and that we are made for connection with it. Christianity says creation is charged with glory; we differ on whether the glory has a face.
The question this path walks toward
The things you cannot live without, love, justice, meaning, forgiveness, are personal things. An impersonal All cannot love you back, cannot forgive, cannot mean. When evil strikes you don't experience 'imbalance'; you experience violation, and violation implies a law and a lawgiver. What if the ocean you sense has always had a face looking for yours?
